San Blas Sailboat Quest

Privacy, Lots of Space & All-Experience!

The San Blas sailboat Quest is AN exceptionally large and comfortable sailboat will surely give you an experience for life

Swedish Goran Persson captains the Sailboat Quest. He has worked as captain and crew on commercial vessels since 1979 and few can match his experience on the open sea.

The sailboat Quest is one of the largest sailboats sailing between Panama and Colombia, but captain Goeran only takes 10 passengers. On Quest, you will have a lot of space to enjoy your sundowners over the incredible San Blas Islands.

The Quest features a dive deck that is very unusual for a yacht of her size. The custom made live ladder allows for easy entry and exit. The dive deck is also fully shaded with a fixed sun shade.

The large cockpit seats 10 comfortably and have fitted fully cushioned seats. This large area is covered with a sun awning as soon as we are at anchor or only sailing with the headsails. Sailboat Quest is fully flushed decked with wide side decks that allow you to walk around as though you were on a vessel many times her size.

Sailboat Quest is a happy marriage between an ocean going yacht and fully equipped dive vessel that can take you wherever you want to go to explore and dive.

Quest Testimonials

Boat is Amazing

"The captain Goeran is so nice and his boat is amazing. We left from Portobello on Friday night and woke up in the San Blas islands on Saturday morning. We had three full days anchored off the islands, which we were able to swim and snorkel around. Before setting sail to Cartegena on Monday we had Coco Locos on one of the islands. One of the highlights of the five days was the food, Nena is an exceptional cook.

If you are looking for a full-on party boat then this isn't for you but if you want a nice mix of relaxing with a few drinks and a comfortable boat then go with Goeran!

Highlight of our Backpacking Trip

"Our trip with quest was the highlight of our backpacking trip through South America. Before we decided on the boat we received lots of information and all my emails were answered very almost immediately. Its clear that Goeran is very experienced. We always felt safe and didn't experience any of the horrors we read about online about some boats.”

Amazing Time

Sailed in 2016 with Captain Goeran on his amazing boat Quest and had an amazing time. The boat is really cool with lots of spaces and very modern. It's something we didn't really understand and appreciate until we were in the islands and saw other boats doing the same trip which was were packed with people and much smaller.”
